What Is a Seed Library?
A seed library is a community-based collection of harvested and donated seeds. Local gardeners can borrow these seeds to plant in their gardens. At the conclusion of the growing season, gardeners are encouraged to collect seeds from their plants and return them to the library.
Where is the Seed Library?
The seed library is located in the Makerspace.
If You are Taking Seeds
Please fill out a Seed Library Checkout Form.
You do not have to donate seeds at the same time you are taking seeds. Although why not make an effort to save some of your seeds to return at a later date?
If You are Taking Seeds
Please donate heirloom seeds.
Take an envelope from the box. Fill out as much information about the seeds as possible.
Leftover seeds from a purchased seed packet are also welcome. Put your seeds in an envelope and file with the other seeds available.

What is the Propagation Station?
Explore our collection of plant clippings. You’re invited to bring a cutting from any kind of plant in and exchange for any of the plant cuttings from our table. Please do not remove our bottles from the station.
Where is the Propagation Station?
It is located in the main lobby outside of the Booksale room.
How do I use the Propagation Station?
Bring a (preferably) rooted houseplant cutting from home in water only, no soil or potted plants. Place it in one of our bottles at the station that is filled with water. Grab a new cutting you don’t have from the station. Please leave our bottles here for future cuttings!
