| Description |
Northwest corner of Biddle and Elm after a fire destroyed two storefronts exposing this old advertisment for Cahalan Drugs and SSS. Although this ad could be 100 years old, S.S.S. Tonic (a vitamin supplement) is still sold today. The ad was covered over once again when the vacant lot in the foreground was occupied by a rebuilt Nanna's Kitchen. Photo taken June 2001 by WH. |
