2010 Summer Reading Clubs

Registration for all Summer Reading Clubs:
June 19th through July 24th.
Report back to the library on progress between:
June 26th and July 31st.

SUMMER READING CLUBS @ BACON LIBRARY: June 19th - August 7th.
Awards and incentives for readers of all ages!  Sign up at the Library today!!

• Tiny Splashers: A Read-out-loud program for children ages 0-6, not yet reading on their own.
       After 10 books: name on display in the library.
       After 20 & 30 books: small prizes
       Each book read entitles child to one ticket to be redeemed at the Summer Splash Carnival,
       August 7th 10:00am-noon. Limit of 25 tickets/person.

• High Divers: For independent readers from kindergarten through those entering 5th grade.
       After 2 books: name on display in the library.
       After 5, 8 and 10 books: small prizes
       Each book read entitles child to one ticket to be redeemed at the Summer Splash Carnival,
       August 7th 10:00am-noon. Limit of 25 tickets/person.

•   Media Surfers: For students entering grade 6 through age 16.
       After 2 books: name on display in the library.
       After 5, 8 and 10 books: small prizes
       After 10 books and 1 hour of volunteer service:
       invitation to the Teen Lock-In; Friday, August 13th, 8pm - 7am.
