How late are you open?
Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


How do I get a library card?
If you are a Wyandotte resident please come with your current ID.
It only takes a short time to register and issue a card.
If you are a child in 6th grade or under, you must be accompanied
by a parent or guardian with valid ID.
If you are a student in 7th - 12th grade, you will need some sort of ID.
A report card, student id and something with your address such as a
cable bill, YMCA card, hunting license etc. Otherwise you will need
to have a parent or guardian with valid id come with you.



Is my card from "Southgate" good here?
A library card issued by member libraries of THE LIBRARY NETWORK
may be used at Bacon Library.
If you have a card issued by a MICHICARD member arrangements will
be made for you to check out books from Bacon Library.


How many books may I check out?
The number of items you may check out at one time will vary.
If you have just applied for a card you are limited to 5 items.

Normal limit on books on the same subject is 5.
You may check out 5 informational videos for free, if you want more
there is a $1.00 per VHS/DVD fee.


Can I get on the Internet?
You need to sign-in at the Sam-(Smart Access Management)
Sign-up Station, there are 2 stations, 1 for Adult and 1 for Youth
each session is limited during peak hours to 1 hour.
